Paulina Mitrea

As coordinator of the Brained City Group of Cluj IT Cluster, she is directly involved in realizing the Digital Transformation of the urban ecosystems. Her main focus in this area is the development of the smart cities/smart communities as the most challenging paradigm of our days, because her belief is to put IT first and foremost at the service of human values and human communities. Considering that we are already in the line of a rapid evolution from the Digital City paradigm to the Smart, Intelligent and finally Brained City urban ecosystems, the main focus of her intervention will be oriented on the unavoidable involvement of AI in all these achievements. The top level of this evolution being the Brained Cities, she will demonstrate that despite this level will imply a consistent amount of AI, it will rather be to get free the emergence of human capabilities at an unprecedented level.
